It is only Tuesday yet I am ready for the week to be over — it’s lame to have to transition back to real life after the wedding so getting back into the daily grind this last week had been tough to handle. It would appear that Joe and I got spoiled with all the free meals and pampering!!
I don’t have much to share except a couple of workouts from the last couple of day. Let’s get down to it, shall we?
After an early morning client on Monday, I completed this 4-round circuit workout:
As soon as I was done with those 4 rounds, I hopped on the treadmill for 15 minutes of incline intervals:
I have been having several of my PT clients do the Burpee + Wall Ball and I can see why they hate it so much — they are super tough!!
Today’s workout was a 2-parter. In the morning, after my clients, I ran 4 miles on the treadmill. This started out as a rough run — probably because I haven’t laid down any real mileage in the last few months – my legs felt like they weighed 300 pounds each! Those first few miles were really a struggle.
This afternoon, when I was back at the gym, I completed this AMRAP workout:
I managed to complete 4 rounds of this workout in the allotted 20 minutes — I was feeling great so I pushed hard the whole time!
