Today’s Circuit Workout
Here is the workout that I did this morning:
Perhaps I should explain this further. There are 10 rounds to this workout.
Round 1 = 1 minute sprint
Round 2 = 2 pull ups + 1 minute sprint
Round 3 = 3 burpees + 2 pull ups + 1 minute sprint
Round 4 = 4 front squats + 3 burpees + 2 pull ups + 1 minute sprint
etc. etc. etc.
You get the idea?
I really like this style of circuit because the reps are low and you are constantly moving from one exercise to the next. No time to get bored yet you are still getting a great workout!
I am pretty sure this type of workout is what my cross training boot camp will be doing tomorrow morning!
