Two Workouts – One Post

The day got away from me yesterday and I couldn’t find a spare moment to write a quick post about yesterdays workout.  So, here it is:

Yesterday’s Workout

I knew that I had limited time yesterday morning so I ran the short route to the gym — about 1/2 a mile — and then immediately jumped into this circuit workout:


Once I was done with this quick and dirty circuit, I ran the 1/2 a mile back and went about my busy day.

Today’s Workout

I had a bit more time this morning, so after a little extra sleep I threw together this circuit workout:


At the end of this circuit you will have completed 3 miles, 30 Burpees, 60 Push Ups, 90 Jump Switch Lunges, 120 Dips, and 150 second plank hold.  Pretty damn good for 30 minutes out of your day!!

That’s all I have for you guys today.  Tomorrow morning I am headed back home so it is time for me to pack up!
