We be grillin’!
Dinner — April 27, 2013
Though there is still ice and snow on the ground, Joe and I have caught grilling fever once again. For last nights dinner we threw together some shish kabobs and grilled as if it were summer time:

The kabobs consisted of marinated beef, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, bell pepper, and onion. We had an over abundance of veggies (or an under abundance of meat — depends on how you look at it I guess) so one of the kabobs was all veggie which I happily threw on my plate. We also grilled some sweet potato medallions to have on the side.
Like summer time on a plate!
Workout — April 28, 2013
I convinced Joe to go to the gym with my this morning and we got there right around 10am. I wanted to get some mileage done so I hopped on the treadmill where I ran 6 miles (54:52). It wasn’t my best run — I stopped several times to stretch out some cramps and I also got a little bored part way through. Either way, though, it’s done and I am glad that I get to add that mileage to my How Many Miles Page.
Tonight Joe and I are off to my parents house for dinner, but before that I have some banana nut bread to bake, laundry to finish, and some studying to do.
