Christmas Has Left The Building.

December 30, 2012

I am taking a welcome break from studying to write up a quick post.  I have taken so many notes and I am only on my second chapter.  I hope that I am able to retain all this information!

Workout 12.30.2012

I took my time getting up this morning — I figure Sunday’s are best when they start out in a lazy manner.  I got to the gym around 10am where I ran 4 miles in 36:24.  After I was done on the treadmill, I completed this 3-round ab-tastic circuit:

This circuit took me 28 minutes to complete — not too shabby for a Sunday afternoon, huh?

The rest of the day was spent working and getting our house back in order after the craziness that was Christmas.  I think where we went wrong was when we took all of the Christmas decorations out of the garage, we failed to put the empty boxes away.  So, even though the tree was beautiful, we had 3 large storage boxes cluttering up the hallway.  Normally, I want to keep the Christmas tree up for as long as possible (I think there was one year at my parents house where the tree stayed up until March!!) but this year, I just needed the clutter and the chaos to be gone.

Order has been restored and I can breathe a little easier now.

Well, I hope that everyone enjoyed a long and restful weekend.  Keep on keeping on, folks!

And now it’s back to the studying for me!
