It’s only Tuesday?
Can you tell this week is already dragging for me?
Well, let’s get down to business shall we?
After dropping Sadie off at her first day of doggy day care, us proud doggy parents headed to the gym.
I did another walk/run interval on the treadmill — by the way, I am going full-force at that treadmill come Thursday. It won’t know what hit it!!!
Any hoo, here is the 35 minute walk/run treadmill workout that I did today:
After that I did another “All Abs All The Time” workout but this time it was a 10-1 workout. For those that may not know, in a 10-1 you do 10 of each exercise, then 9 of each, then 8, then7, 6, 5….all the way down to 1 of each.. You get the idea. Here is how it shaped up:
I used a 20 pound medicine ball for the Oblique Twists and finished the entire circuit in 25:01. Boy, this workout killed me — and my hands are defiantly suffering from all that hanging during Toes To Bar.
