I really was not feeling a run this morning (mostly because I knew it was going to be chilly) so I ended up doing an hour of cardio at the gym:
15 minutes on the stationary bike
15 minutes on the treadmill
15 minutes on the step mill
15 minutes on the elliptical (does anyone else’s feet go numb on the elliptical? Ah, so just me them….moving on.)
I tend to do a workout like this if I know I am going to be on a machine for a while — unless of course I have planned to do intervals on the treadmill. I like it because I am not on any one machine long enough to get bored, constantly check the clock and want to chew my wrists open.
After doing cardio at the gym I headed home for another 10-1 workout.
I did 10 of each of the following exercises, then 9 of each, then 8, then 7 etc. all the way down to 1 of each:
Burpees with Push Up
I was really slow for some reason and this workout took me 28:27. Lame. Either way I am glad that I got a workout in.
